Our challenge was to help a regional Tribal casino find it's niche, and to increase the quantity and length of customer visits through innovative, targeted, and cost-efficient marketing.
We focused on helping management define and identify their target markets – and to define what the company had to offer these markets. Where they had previously depended on increasingly out-dated forms of communication, we helped them to analyze metrics, explore new social media outlets, and refine offers and promotions that would drive numbers and increase ROI.
Through use of a single engaging, multi-media promotional game, we were able to achieve an ROI of over 1400% in one month alone.
