Our challenge was to bring the client a higher ROI through increased visits, longer stays, and more targeted marketing to high-yield customers. Since our client caters to an international market, we were tasked with reaching current and potential customers in both Canada and the United States.
The first step was determining our demographic and finding the best way to reach them. Once contact was established we focused on promotions, coupons and incentives to get customers in the door. Once on property, visitors were rewarded for joining the Rewards Club, which increased our ability to reach them on an ongoing basis with further incentives.
We focused on keeping all communications and promotions consistent with the casino’s image, and worked toward reaching an ideal ROI.

We consistently exceeded ROI each month a promotional campaign was implemented.
